Typically, our process follows the following steps: Introductory call where we meet and learn more about youStrategy Session where we start to build a plan to address your concernsIf you choose to move forward, we will send over a welcome packet which includes a proposal and scope of work document as well as our service agreement. Once a contract is in place, we will begin developing your system, website, or strategy. You will have many opportunities to review our work but we will have a final review process where you sign off on our work, and let us know of any changes that should be made. We will turn over your newly built assets. This is also when you can decide if you may need further support such as: Staff training on new procedures​Ongoing support

We do. Every project includes a written proposal, tailored scope of work document, and our Master Service Agreement so expectations are clear for everyone involved.

Every project is unique and because of that we do not have fixed pricing outside of our $60 Strategy Sessions. All projects are quoted based on scope, timeline, and complexity.

This is entirely dependent on the scope of your project but timelines are always discussed before work begins. We will keep you well-informed throughout the project process and communicate any changes promptly.
